Spires of Mist

Beautiful poem and photograph

DarylMadden

Found in the dawning
In clear virgin air
Between light and water
Awakening here

Spires of mist
Rise in the air
A mystical dance
In form of sweet prayer

Drawn to the light
An offer unto
A witness of calling
Of heavenly view

The light of love
Cast it’s embrace
Joy in the bonding
A blessing of grace

A treasure of capture
Of moments insight
Love in the binding
Of Spirit and light

Seeing in part

Are you ready?

Time in No Time

The poem that inspired my writing of ‘The Ongoing Moment’.

DarylMadden

I need time in no time
Right now and right here
Moment of our sharing
Presence be aware

I need space in all space
Dwelling of to be
Emptiness of filling
Blessed light of thee

I need to see to see
Lens within Your view
Let the soul be molded
Wisdom to pursue

I need love of all love
Place of true value
Only one in the One
Needing not but You

Ongoing Moment

The photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson talked about ‘the decisive moment’.  That was the instant his lens captured an image that was both fleeting and eternal. Many of his pictures then were quirky but unrepeatable. Each was of a sliver of memorable time. We do the same with our religious experience. When someone asks us of when [...]

Does God Travel?

DOES GOD TRAVEL?  by Lily Cathcart When Jesus was on the earth he did a fair amount of walking. I have to wonder; as a man he did what humans do to get to a place, but as God did he feel the very foundation of the earth as he did so? Was each grain [...]
